Results

After running basic BI KPIs and their evolution we offered to use unsupervised learning algorithms to their data and found very specific behavioral patterns and two groups of premium customers that were being completely ignored.

With the new AI developed sales started to increase by 23% instead of the 7% they were experiencing before.
